We Were Going to Jamaica.
And We Still Are.
LADYDAYDAO and TYMEinc came together with a single, powerful vision: bring our community to Montego Bay, Jamaica โ April 4th and 5th โ for two days of connection, culture, and community unlike anything we had experienced before. The island was ready. The people were ready. We were ready.
Jamaica is not a backdrop. It is a statement. A Black-majority nation rooted in resistance, beauty, and ancestral power. Choosing Montego Bay was never just about location โ it was about choosing a place where our wellness, our joy, and our humanity didn't have to be negotiated. Where we could simply be.
This trip, this moment, this gathering โ it was built around the spirit of Dr. Yanique Redwood's work. Her books. Her retreats on this very island. Her radical, lived conviction that rest is resistance and that community is the only real infrastructure that lasts. It was a privilege to build something in that spirit, and we stand by everything this vision represents.

The rescheduled date is coming. When we announce it, you'll want to already be in the room โ in our Discord, in our feed, in the conversation. The best way to make sure you never miss a moment is to follow TYMEinc across every platform and tell your people to do the same.
Every follow is a vote of confidence. Every share is an act of community. Every like tells the algorithm โ and the world โ that this matters. That we matter. Help us build the momentum so that when the new date drops, the energy is already there.

LADYDAYDAO
A Web3 community centering the power, creativity, and vision of women in the decentralized world. We build wealth, culture, and belonging โ together. Our Discord is where it all starts. Jamaica is where we meet in person.
TYMEinc
TYMEinc is honored to gift 50 tickets to this experience to the community. This is TYMEinc saying plainly: you deserve to be in this room. Access to healing, learning, and connection should never be a privilege reserved for the few.
The Woman Who Inspired This
Dr. Yanique Redwood was born in Jamaica. She holds a Ph.D. and MPH from the University of Michigan and a B.S. from Georgia Tech. She has led foundations, directed university research centers, and founded her own consultancy, Collective Work. She has written two books that have shaken the philanthropic and racial justice world. She hosts healing retreats for Black women in Montego Bay. She is being adapted into a film.
Her work โ her life โ is the spirit behind everything LADYDAYDAO and TYMEinc are building toward in Jamaica. The rescheduled gathering will honor that fully. In the meantime, we encourage every member of our community to read her work, follow her journey, and understand why this island, this woman, and this mission matter.
"Antiracism work is not one-human-being work. It is collective work."
